new chapter.

I've been putting off this post for quite some time.

I'm moving from my fifth grade classroom to the principal's office this summer.
So due to the changing circumstances in my "day job,"
and the need for more space to spend with family and friends,
I am no longer scheduling photography sessions.

John and I are so grateful for the many opportunities we've had in the last six years
to document your special moments.
Many of you who began as clients have become friends.
Thank you.

We still have a few projects to finish up, so if you have booked a session for later this summer or fall,
we will, of course, honor those.

My camera will never be far out of reach.
My love for photography began with a desire to see what is beautiful and lovely in all things.
I pray I never lose sight of that.

The brave who focus on all things good and all things beautiful and all things true, even in the small,
who give thanks for it and discover joy even in the here and now,
they are the change agents who bring fullest Light to all the world.

Susan ~ God has blessed you with so many wonderful talents and abilities that have served you (and us) very well over the years! You (and John) have the gift of capturing life's most treasured moments which have made us all giggle, smile, gasp in awe, and weep.....yes, weep.... we have done that many times while looking at your photographs, albums and books. Our family has been blessed to be the recipients of some of your finest work. Our love and prayers go with you as you step out into this new adventure as Principle.
YOU... are beautiful. YOU... are lovely.
Thank you for sharing your profound thoughts and gift of photography through this blog.
We love you!
Karen & Jeff
